Terms of use for the ThesisEdge app.
1. Acceptance
By using the ThesisEdge app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app. You may not reverse-engineer the source code or use the app unlawfully.
3. Payments and subscriptions
The app currently does not charge fees beyond any in-store purchases (if applicable).
4. User content
The user creates strategy descriptions (text prompts). Prompts are stored anonymously on the server to improve the AI parsing model. The user retains full rights to their investment strategies.
5. Disclaimers
- ThesisEdge is for educational and research purposes only. It does not constitute investment or financial advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments.
- Historical results do not guarantee future returns. Investing in financial markets involves the risk of loss of capital.
- The backtesting engine uses historical data and a simplified transaction model. Actual results may differ significantly from simulations due to price slippage, market liquidity, taxes, and other factors.
- The app is not a registered investment advisor. Any investment decisions are made solely at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
