Data / account deletion

How to delete your data from the ThesisEdge app.

Data deletion

The app does not create a server account. To delete your data:

  1. ThesisEdge does not require account creation or login.
  2. All local data (backtest results, session history, downloaded S&P 500 bundle) is automatically deleted upon uninstalling the application (Settings → General → iPhone Storage → ThesisEdge → Delete App).
  3. To delete anonymous diagnostic data from the server (error logs, strategy parsing history), please contact support@kandyb-studio.eu with the subject 'Data Removal — ThesisEdge'. Since data is stored without personal identifiers, a session identifier (visible in app logs in debug mode) may be required for removal.
  4. Logs automatically expire: errors — after 90 days, parsing history — after 12 months.

We fulfil data deletion requests within 30 days.
