Terms of use for the PFE Coach app.
1. Acceptance
By using the PFE Coach app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app. You may not reverse-engineer the source code or use the app unlawfully.
3. Payments and subscriptions
The app currently does not charge fees beyond any in-store purchases (if applicable).
4. User content
The user can create their own notes (e.g., EPB bullets) and generates answers to questions. This content belongs to the user, is stored locally and — if logged in — in their private cloud space. It is not published or shared with other users.
5. Disclaimers
- The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the US Air Force (USAF) or the Department of Defense (DoD)
- An unofficial study aid based on the public Air Force Handbook 1 — it is not an official military publication
- Does not guarantee passing the PFE exam or promotion
- Does not constitute legal advice; content regarding military law is exclusively for educational purposes
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
7. Additional provisions
Using the app means accepting that this is supplementary material for self-study.
Changes and contact
