Terms of use for the Kolażownik app.
1. Acceptance
By using the Kolażownik app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app. You may not reverse-engineer the source code or use the app unlawfully.
3. Payments and subscriptions
The app currently does not charge fees beyond any in-store purchases (if applicable).
4. User content
The user uploads their own photos and they remain their property. Photos are processed locally in the browser — the service does not store them or claim any rights to them. The user is responsible for having the rights to the uploaded photos.
5. Disclaimers
- The application is provided "as is", without warranties.
- The user is responsible for having the rights to the uploaded photos and for how the finished collage is used.
- Print quality depends on the resolution and quality of the source photos provided by the user.
- The application is for creative/entertainment purposes and does not constitute a professional service.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
7. Additional provisions
Due to local processing, the service provider does not have access to the content created by the user.
