Privacy Policy
How the Dotacje (nazwa robocza — finalna w trakcie ustalania) app processes your data.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Kandyb Studio, contact: hello@kandyb-studio.eu.
2. What data we collect
The app does not require an account or sign-in.
- Match survey data: applicant type (individual / company / NGO / local government / farmer), voivodeship, industry/PKD (optional), situation (e.g., building a house, children), estimated project budget
- Email address — only when purchasing a PDF report or creating an account (planned)
3. Who we share data with
- OpenAI (model gpt-5-mini) (USA (SCC)) — evaluating and justifying the match of the call to the profile.
- xAI (model grok) (USA (SCC)) — content/report generation (advanced tasks).
- Payment provider (e.g., Przelewy24) (Poland/EU) — handling payments for the PDF report (to be determined).
We do not sell your data. Each subprocessor processes data only to the extent necessary for the app to work.
4. Advertising
The app does not show ads and does not use an advertising identifier.
5. Data retention
Profile data from the survey processed for matching purposes; stored until account deletion or deletion request. Technical logs approx. 30 days. (Retention policy being finalized before production.)
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), restriction, data portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To delete your data/account see Data / account deletion.
7. Children
The application is not directed at children. It may collect information about the number/age of the user's children solely to match family benefits — the data relates to the adult user's family, not children as users.
8. Additional information
Web application (not mobile). For match evaluation, fragments of the profile and call description are sent to AI providers (OpenAI/xAI) in the USA. We do not use ads or ad trackers.
